Sheldon Fernandez is the Country Manager of PropertyGuru Malaysia (PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my). Currently, he is the principal representative of PropertyGuru Group in Malaysia and leads both the PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my businesses. Prior to this, Sheldon was the Country Manager of PropertyGuru.com.my since 2015.
Sheldon is responsible for leading the group’s sales and strategy in Malaysia, driving strategic business deals, and cultivating relationships with key industry partners. He brings over 17 years of experience in digital marketing and sales leadership. He graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and a Minor in Marketing from Olympia College.
Sheldon has a strong track record for delivering results, execution excellence and improved efficiency, while also driving high employee and customer satisfaction scores for organisations across Asia.
Prior to PropertyGuru Malaysia, Sheldon was with jobsDB, a leading online employment marketplace in Asia, in the capacity of Managing Director. Before that, he held various sales and general management roles in Marcus Evans, Adecco and Nextel Communications. Sheldon is a versatile sales professional and an ardent digital advocate.
