iProperty.com.my reveals the 10 most expensive residential properties sold in Malaysia in 2019

  • Expectedly, the majority of expensive properties sold are in affluent Kuala Lumpur suburbs
  • Two lesser known neighbourhoods, Keramat and Gasing Heights, made surprise appearances at number six and five respectively

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 th February 2020 — iProperty.com.my has revealed the 10 most expensive homes sold in Malaysia for 2019. This is based on the review period between January 2019 to December 2019 and transaction data sourced from the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH). The data is compiled by iProperty.com.my‘s big data solution, iPropertyIQ.com. The properties are ranked in descending order and presented based on transaction price (RM).

10. Terrace house, Serene Heights – Semenyih, Selangor (RM 5.9 mil)

Serene Heights in Semenyih offers five layouts of double-storey freehold terrace houses namely Begonia, Acacia, Camellia, Dahlia and Eugenia 1. The latest project is Eugenia 1, which is expected to be completed in October 2020. Situated about 45km south of Kuala Lumpur, this area is accessible via a network of highways and main roads such as the North-South Expressway, LEKAS and SILK Highway. Higher institutions such as UNITEN, UPM and the University of Nottingham Malaysia are within 10 km to 27 km from Serene Heights. On the other hand, Tenby International School Setia Ecohills is 7 km away. For shopping, Tesco Semenyh is only a 10-minute drive away.
