Mr. RA Thiagaraja is the current president of Malaysia Training Providers Association (MATPA) with extensive background on the area of human resources. He is also the current CEO of K-Pintar which focused on providing training for corporate employees. In May 2017, he was appointed to the board of directors of HRDF by then human resources minister, Datuk Seri Richard Riot to represent the federation, its members and the industry players. In his mission to “enrich lives & enhancing capability”, he is a well known HR leader whose advises is sought after by industry leaders from multinational companies, large corporations, government ministries and agencies in Malaysia.

CAPT(RTD) Dr. Thiruvanukkarasu Krishnasamy is the current vice president of MATPA. He has more than 20 years of working experiences in military, government and private companies. His passion towards research enabled him to publish books and research articles in different journals of national and international repute, mainly in the area of logistics and supply chain. Currently he has devoted himself in development of logistics and supply chain through human capital development. His strong passion in the field of training and logistics enabled him to become an educational entrepreneur. He believes that in the dynamic world of education, thinking outside the box alone is not sufficient but to create a whole new box. As such, this philosophy envisioned him to develop new and creative logistics and supply chain program for working adults. 

Johan Irwan is the current President-Elect of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), an association that affiliated with the Global Speakers Federation. Starting his career as an engineer, he become a certified NLP and Toastmaster coach & trainer so he can help more people to be more successful in life hence contributing to the organization and nation as a whole. ​

Mr. Sunil Hasmukharay is the current president of Malaysia Association of Professional Trainers & Coaches (MAPTaC) with extensive background on the area of human talent training and high-performance culture development. As a Petronas scholar, he started his 10 years of career in Petronas where was part of the core team to build the project management process, risk mangement and governance framework for projects worth more than RM 250 Billion. He is also the current Committee member of HRDF Trainer Development Framework  appointed by Ministry of Human Resources. Mr Sunil has been an international speaker since he was 1st invited to speak by United Nations at the age of 17 and since then he has addressed, trained and coached 100,000 people comprising of CEOs, Senior Leaders, Managers & Senior Executives from Fortune 500 companies, multinational companies, government ministries and agencies globally.

As the Founding President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC), he is an accomplished Sales, Entrepreneurship and Mindset Breakthrough with a mission to impact #100MillionLives through the development of more people development specialists.
