JOHOR BAHRU, 20 September 2019 – The iProperty.com.my Home & Property Fair was successfully launched today at the Johor Bahru City Square with presence of media and guests. The official ceremony was graced by Yang Berhormat Tuan Sr. Dzulkefly bin Ahmad, Johor State Housing, Communications and Multimedia Committee Chairman and Mr. David Mawer, General Manager of iProperty.com Sdn Bhd Malaysia. The iProperty.com.my Home & Property fair offers an offline experience where potential buyers are able to make better decisions when engaging face-to-face with property developers. The property fair is a perfect ground for developers to connect with potential buyers.

This year is expected to be one of iProperty.com.my Home & Property biggest property fairs in Johor Bahru with 25 notable developers showcasing its properties and new projects. As of today, the property fair received more than 1,700 in registration to attend the 3-day weekend fair. Be it a comfortable home for the family, or something with excellent investment potential, there were ample options at varying price points to suit different needs. Knowledgeable company personnel were also on hand to answer all queries, provide up-to-date market information and guide guests to the property fair through the buying process. Booths are spread across the mall’s event floor. The Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor (SUKJ) also collaborated with iProperty.com.my by setting up an enquiry counter for Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ), Program Perumahan Rakyat (PPR), and online application for Bumiputera lots at the property fair.
