MIM has trained more than 1 million individuals and it is approved training provider for SME Corporation Malaysia by Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia.​

​She was the former Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Siemens Malaysia and the Regional HR Business Partner for the Energy Sector in ASEAN, with a corporate career spanning over 17 years with Siemens Malaysia. She is currently the founder and Executive Director of her own consulting company, Resolute Ingress Learning & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd.​

Mr. RA Thiagaraja is the current president of Malaysia Training Providers Association (MATPA) with extensive background on the area of human resources. He is also the current CEO of K-Pintar which focused on providing training for corporate employees.
