He attained his LLB from the UK. Backed by his legal background, he entered the property industry from the legal angle. His widening involvement in the property industry includes joining Cushman & Wakefield Malaysia, as well as being part of the research house in Sunrise Berhad. Now he is tasked to steer and bring Ho Chin Soon Research to greater heights. Ishmael Ho also proved to be a talented & competent public speaker.

Sr Faizal is an Asst Professor in  UCSI University since 2018. Previously he was the Head of Centre for Real Estate Studies, Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying in UiTM. His expertise is in Property valuation, Land Administration and Development; Property Management and Real Estate Agency. He is a Registered Valuer, Property Manager and Estate Agent.

Ikhram’s key strength is his ability to provide new perspectives on the property market which has featured in almost every major publication on property.

In 2015 he entered the vacation rentals business bringing with him strong knowledge of property markets. In under 3 years, he built over 40 profitable listings and by 2017 was recognized by the Asian Property Review as one of the most experienced and successful AirBnB hosts in Malaysia

Hong Onn is the CEO of Hong Onn Enlightens, a company promoting tacit knowledge sharing, encouraging people to share knowledge acquired through life experiences, successes and challenges.Graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a first class honours degree in law and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice a year later, Hong Onn has worked with reputable law firms focusing mainly on corporate and commercial matters. She regularly advises and assists international and local clients and has worked on numerous legal due diligence involving a diverse range of businesses.Hong Onn has presented several papers at conferences and has been invited as speaker and moderator by institutions such as the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA) and Starfish Training.

Richard Hoo graduated as Civil Engineer from University of New South Wales in Australia. He has interest in Feng Shui since more than ten years ago.

He specializing in residential, commercial and office Fegn Shui Consultation, Pre-purchase and pre-renovation Feng Shui Consultation as well as Bazi (4 Pillars) Analysis. He uses Modern Deco principles in Feng Shui application.

He has appeared in TV, Radio and Internet for Feng Shui Programme and Talk Show. Also been interviewed by Major Newspapers and Magazines. Master Hoo also the columnist for IProperty.com magazine, Feminine Magazine and New Life Post. He also been invited to give Feng Shui Talks in Hotels, Exhibition Centre and Company Events.
