As General Manager, David is responsible for driving the strategy for our Malaysia business for iproperty.com.my, ensuring we’re delivering value for our customers and consumers across the country. He leads a high performing team of more than 100 people across sales, marketing, design and operations. David started with REA Group in 2011 in sales for realestate.com.au in Sydney, Australia. He has held a number of senior leadership roles in REA’s Australian business across residential and developer sales, before relocating to Malaysia in 2018. Prior to REA Group, David has had extensive experience in sales and marketing across various industries including Digital and FMCG. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Management from the University of Wollongong.

CK Chang is the founder of Oxwhite, a lifestyle brand with a mission of introducing luxury essentials to the market at honest prices. Hailing from humble beginnings, CK has amassed over 11 years of experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry and maintains an ever-growing passion for entrepreneurship. Since founding Oxwhite, he has successfully led the brand in gaining over 21,000 customers in the course of eleven months.

He provides regular talks on the Malaysia property market by demonstrating how to find value in property data. He is also the founder of brickz.my, a business that helped build a healthier property market in Malaysia by creating awareness on property prices and is currently fully owned by iProperty.com.my.

As a former model, news anchor and attorney, Datin Sharifah Shawati is the Chief Executive Officer of two of his companies, Adamaya Consultancy & Services Sdn. Bhd. and Adamaya Marketing Sdn.Bhd. As an international image consultant, Datin Sharifah is also a certified NS [Neuro-Semantics] & NLP [Neuro – Linguistic] Master Practitioner Coach. Her many experiences begin as a TV Presenter and News Anchor at a government station called RTM and private TV station called TV3 for 8 years as an anchor for live talk shows on women’s issues. She also had her own shows called ‘Fesyen’, ‘Di Sebalik Tabir’ and ‘Wanita Hari Ini’ besides reading the prime time bulletins.

Teng Chan Leong is a digital marketing manager of Sime Darby with a demonstrated history in a multinational conglomerate and successful startups. He is a technology expert with strong business process knowledge, digital strategy, digital marketing, social media strategy, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data analytics. Chan Leong is an alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University in the United States and the Axiata Young CEO Development Programme.

Owen Yap (叶剑峰) was the first Malaysian who has received the Golden Awards for being the Best News and Current Affairs Presenter and Best Variety and Entertainment Programme Host in year 2010. Started as 8tv Primetime (Chinese) News Anchor in 2004, he has hosted a diversity of programmes including current affairs like “Chat Time with the Prime Minister of Malaysia”, game shows like “Deal or No Deal”, and charity programmes like “Helping Hands”.
