Agnes Wong graduated from Monash University, Melbourne Australia. Agnes is a Chartered Accountant, a Licensed Tax Consultant and Licensed GST Consultant. She holds membership under Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

Currently, Agnes Wong is the Managing Partner of Syarikat Ong Group of Companies and personally involved in corporate registration and structure, corporate tax advisory and compliance as well as Goods and Services Tax (GST) implementation and consultation. Throughout the past 10 years, in addition to managing the tax consultancy practice, she has conducted various seminars and workshopsboth to the public and to own clients and have spoken to over thousands of participants. Ms. Agnes Wong is also one of the frequently invited speaker at property talks and events hosted by developers.

Sr Irhamy Ahmad began his career in Real Estate and Plant Machinery valuation in 1988 with the Inland Revenue Valuation Office (Barking and the City of London) as a Graduate Valuer in property taxation in England qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. Upon returning to Malaysia, he worked for a number of property consultancy and valuation firms and also with Land and General Berhad as the Marketing and Sales Manager in Bandar Sri Damansara development.
He set up Irhamy & Co Chartered Surveyors in February 1999 and has been involved in valuation consultancy, property, plant and machinery valuation for 25 years. He was a part -time lecturer in property development at a local university and currently serving the University of Technology Sarawak as the external examiner. He is the current President of MIPEAC and a member of The Board of Valuers Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.

Chris is a lawyer and managing partner in the law firm of Chur Associates. He is a well known author and a prominent speaker on a variety of topics including real estate, law and entrepreneurship. He has written a variety of book on real estate, entrepreneurship as well as strata-related matters. Chris Tan regularly appears on BFM Radio, writes articles that is featured on The Edge and other newspaper to advise on a variety of matters including strata matters.

Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa has gathered vast experience in property consultancy practice in Knight Frank in the early 1990s and with the professional experience garnered, Datuk Sr Firdaus established his own practice in 1998 as a small niche outfit which had grown into a multi-faceted property consulting services, a group of companies serving the services with currently over 600 staff at HQ, branches and site office.

Datuk Sr Firdaus holds an honours degree in Urban Real Estate Management from Kingston University, London, a registered valuer, real estate agent and property manager by profession, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia(RISM), Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector, Malaysia(PEPS) and Malaysian Institute of Professional Property and Facilities Managers (MIPFM); a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors(RICS), the International Real Estate Federation(FIABCI), the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents(MIEA), the Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants(MIPEAC), the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists(IACVS) and the Business Valuers Association Malaysia(BVAM). He is currently the Secretary General in RISM, Secretary General in PEPS, Treasurer, national committee member and Malaysian Property Awards(MPA) evaluator in FIABCI, education committee member in Institut Penilaian Negara(INSPEN) and University Malaya; external assessor at UCSI College; past Board member, EAPC and TPC committee in the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers and past Director in the Board of Directors in Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents.
