How do I start to list a high quality property listing?

Follow these steps to list a property on iProperty PRO:

Please click on the “Create listing” button in the listing management section to start creating a listing.

Section 1 – Listing type

Please select your listing type, category type, listing exclusivity, property type, storey, if it’s a property for auction with the date, to tick if it’s a co-agency listing and your internal reference number.
Once all details are updated, click “Save and continue”.

Section 2 – Location

Group 1: Flat, Apartment, Condominium, Service Residence

You can search for the building name in “Building name” field. Once a building is selected, all the available address fields will be auto filled. This field is mandatory.

Group 2: Terrace House, Townhouse, Semi-D house, Bungalow, Bungalow Land, Cluster House, Residential Land

Please fill in the mandatory fields (state, city/town) and other optional fields (township, postcode, address, unit/house no.).
You can choose to hide block, unit/house no., floor by checking the checkbox in field (g). These details will not appear on the listing and will only be visible to you in the iProperty PRO.

Group 3: Commercial property types

Please fill in the mandatory fields (state, city/town) and other optional fields (commercial lot, township, postcode, address, unit/house no.).
You can choose to hide block, unit/house no., floor by checking the checkbox in field (g). These details will not appear on the listing and will only be visible to you in the iProperty PRO.

Note to user:

The details in ‘Section 2 – Location’ cannot be changed after the listing is published.

Section 3 – Property details

In this step, the details and features of the property will be defined.

a) Price: The price fields only accept numbers more than 0, and value should be based on Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). “Rent” listings will be minimum 3 digits, and “Buy” listings will be minimum “5 digits”. It is mandatory to fill up this field.

b) Built-up area: This field can be mandatory or optional depending on property type.

d) Land area: This field can be mandatory or optional depending on property type.

g) Bedrooms: This field is mandatory for residential properties and optional for commercial properties

i) Bathrooms: This field is mandatory for residential properties except bungalow land and residential land. This field is optional for all commercial properties.

j) Carparks: This field is mandatory to Flat, Apartment, Condominium, Service Residence and is optional for other residential properties. This field is optional for all commercial properties.

k) Tenure: This field is mandatory for “Buy” listings and optional for “Rent” listings

l) Title type: This field is mandatory for “Buy” listings and optional for “Rent” listings

M) Land title type: This field is mandatory for “Buy” listings for bungalow land, residential land, commercial land, industrial land, agricultural land.

Section 4 – Description & Media

Note to user:

Your phone number in the headline and listing description will be masked from property seekers. Property seekers may still use the official contact channels, e.g., Phone Reveal, WhatsApp or Enquiry Form to submit an enquiry.

Avoid uploading inappropriate/obscene videos or photos that do not represent your property:The visuals you include in your property listing play a significant role in attracting potential buyers or renters. Using inappropriate or obscene content that does not accurately represent your property can have detrimental effects on your listing’s reputation. It may deter genuine and serious inquiries while attracting the wrong kind of attention. To maintain professionalism and trustworthiness, make sure all your media content accurately showcases your property and adheres to community standards. This way, you create a positive impression and attract potential property seekers who are genuinely interested in your property listings.
Avoid putting your own watermark on your property photos:Please do not insert any name, telephone number, address, website or logo of any individual, company or competitor as a watermark in any listing. All watermarks for your property photos to be used in the listings must utilise our watermark system.
