To ensure we continue to add value to our agent partners, periodical reviews of our agent packages are necessary to ensure that they continue to serve your business needs in all market conditions.

As part of our commitment to offer agent partners greater value and returns, as well as continue to evolve our platform to meet the ever-changing market sentiment and consumer demand, we regularly review our pricing structure.

As a result of our most recent review, we’ll be updating and introducing new agent packages effective 1 November 2023.

Annual or routine price revisions and/updates are a common practice in all industries, to be aligned with inflation. Therefore, PropertyGuru Group is not monopolizing the market with our periodic price revisions and/or updates.

The new agent packages for both PropertyGuru and iProperty will take effect on 1 November 2023, 00:00hrs.  

Our brand-new packages have been reviewed and carefully curated to cater to agents at all stages of their real estate career. Thus, you will see differences between the old and new packages such as the package entitlements, components and introduction of new tools that would empower you to succeed.

Enquiries/Lead are subject to various factors namely locations, quality of the listing descriptions, photos, demand & supply and market conditions. Based on our latest analysis and independent data sources, PropertyGuru and iProperty remain as Malaysia’s preferred and leading online property platforms for property seekers.

As a Group, we have been investing in developing property seeker centric data and content to drive more property seekers to our platforms. At the same time, we also invest in developing tools, products and features that would help lead our agent customers to success.

Please connect with your Account Manager to find out how you can use data and insights tools to help you understand your leads better, and how you can maximize your listing exposure and reach to property seekers that are relevant to you and your listing(s).

This is dependent on your current package expiry date.

Scenario 1: If you are up for renewal or early bird renewal in October 2023, you will be able to renew with your current package type.

Scenario 2: If your package expiry falls on October 2023 but you did not renew in October, you are only able to renew to the new packages (PropertyGuru: Core/Pro/Max, iProperty: iCore/iPro/iMax) starting 1 November 2023.

Scenario 3: If your package expiry falls on November 2023 and you did not conduct an Early Bird renewal in October, you are only able to renew to the new packages (PropertyGuru: Core/Pro/Max, iProperty: iCore/iPro/iMax) starting 1 November 2023.

Yes, Brickz packages will be revised to as below effective 1 November 2023.

Yes, iProperty credits will be revised to as below effective 1 November 2023

We would recommend that you continue your subscription until its expiry, as early termination and refund of subscription is not an available option.
