The Agent Self-serve Channel is a self-service platform, allowing all active iProperty PRO Agent Partners to:

  • Purchase credits, Brickz access and renew the subscription anytime, anywhere at your own convenience.
  • Enjoy a seamless experience from checkout to payment all within a single platform (and with just a few clicks of the button)
  • Receive your credits instantly upon every successful purchase (so you can take action on your listings immediately)
  • Make payment in a safe and secure environment (facilitated by accredited payment gateway partners)

No, the Self-serve feature is only available on the web version in the current phase.

Yes. However, we encourage you to purchase credits using the self-serve channel so you can benefit from:

  • Enjoying a faster checkout process and receiving your credits or extend the subscription period instantly.

To find out more about our promotions, you can:

  • Visit the self-serve channel via your iProperty PRO account regularly.
  • Look out for notifications via Email, SMS or your Account Manager.

Generally, offers will be the same whether you purchase/renew subscriptions via your Account Manager or on self-serve.

Unless otherwise stated, all credits expiry will be aligned with your account expiry date. We encourage you to check out the validity period of the credits you buy on promotions.

iProperty PRO does not store your credit/debit card information. Your online payment is securely processed via a payment gateway which is in compliance with the ruling set by Central Bank.

  • The agent will not be able to purchase Brickz if their contract expiry is less than 30 days. here is system validation that will ensure the agent can only purchase Brickz that does not exceed their contract expiry month.
  • There will also be a notice informing the agent of their new Brickz expiry date before the purchase.

Yes. An email with an invoice attachment will be sent to your registered email when payment is processed successfully.

You can access this via Payment History.

You will receive the notifications through emails,  content cards and push notifications starting 60 days before your account expiry date. No notifications will be sent if you renew your subscription before the notifications are triggered.

Yes, you will be entitled to the discounts by applying the promo code during checkout. Promo codes will only be valid if you fulfill the criteria of EARLY BIRD (EB)  or  ACTUAL MONTH RENEWAL (AM). Check out the promo code from your Account Manager.

Agent’s subscription package can only be renewed once from either one of the available channels. There is a validation on iProperty PRO Self-serve, where “RENEW ONLINE” will not be visible if renewal is done assisted by Account Manager.

It will take about 15 – 30 minutes for the purchased products to be updated in your account. If the purchased products are still not issued within 30 minutes, you may reach out to the Account Manager or our Customer Service for further assistance.

How To Purchase Credits Online?

A step-by-step guide showing you how you can purchase Featured Credits, Ad Credits & Listing Credits via the Agent Self-serve Channel.

 

Step 1: Log in to your iProperty PRO account.

Step 2: On your iProperty PRO Dashboard, select the new tab “Buy” or click “Buy Credits”.

Step 3: On the “Credit Purchase” tab, select the package(s) that you wanted to purchase. You may select multiple packages to purchase Featured Credits, Ad Credits or Listing Credits before you proceed to check out. You may key in the promo code under the promo code field if any. Click “Purchase” to proceed.

Step 4: A pop-up box with Terms & Conditions will be shown. Read the Terms & Conditions before you tick and click “Proceed to Payment”.

Step 5:You will be directed to a third-party payment gateway page for the payment process. Select the payment type to proceed and key in the necessary details to make a payment and follow the instructions on the page. Do not close your browser during the payment process. 

Step 6: Once you have completed your purchase successfully, you will be directed to the “Payment Successful” page. An email confirmation will also be sent to you.

Once your checkout is successful, the credits should be issued immediately into your account for use. However, in the unlikely situation that there’s a technical delay, credits can take up to 30 minutes to be credited. If your purchased credits are still not issued within 30 minutes, you may reach out to your Account Manager or our Customer Service for further assistance.

How To Extend Brickz Subscription Online?

A step-by-step guide showing you how you can purchase Brickz subscription package via the Agent Self-serve Channel.

Step 1: Log in to your iProperty PRO account.

Step 2: On your iProperty PRO Dashboard, select the new tab “Buy” or click “Buy Brickz“. You may extend your Brickz subscription for the expiring package or buy a new subscription package for the expired package.

Step 3: On the “Brickz” tab, the packages come with variables of 1 – 9 months. You can only purchase the maximum months that are closest to your subscription expiry. You will be informed of the expiry date of the add-on purchase. You may key in the promo code under the promo code field if any. Click “Purchase” to proceed.

*Note: This is not applicable to iPlatinum, iClassic and iStarter package users.

Step 4: A pop-up box with Terms & Conditions will be shown. Read the Terms & Conditions before you tick and click “Proceed to Payment”.

Step 5: You will be directed to a third-party payment gateway page for the payment process. Select the payment type to proceed and key in the necessary details to make a payment and follow the instructions on the page. Do not close your browser during the payment process.

How To Renew Your Account Subscription Online?

A step-by-step guide showing you how you can renew your account subscription via the Agent Self-serve Channel.

 

Step 1: Log in to your iProperty PRO account.

Step 2: On your iProperty PRO Dashboard, click “View Subscription” under the Subscription box. You will be able to see the “Renew Online” option when come to your account renewal period. There is a one-time onboarding when agents login to iProperty PRO account to introduce this new feature.

 

Step 3: Click “Renew Online” to view the packages available for online renewal. Select the package that you wish to renew.

Please take note that the renewal options are based on the scenarios below:

  • Renew upon expiry: Subscription active (Normal), Renewal start date = normal cycle (after existing subscription expired).  Your account will be automatically renewed with the new subscription when your current subscription package expires.
  • Renew in advance: Subscription active (Early date), Renewal start date = date picker (selection before expiry date). You may commence your new subscription package earlier to gain access to your new subscription package credits.

Step 4: You may key in the promo code under the promo code field and click apply (if applicable). Click “Purchase” to proceed.

Step 5: A pop-up box with Terms & Conditions will be shown. Read up the Terms & Conditions before you tick and click “Proceed to Payment”.

Step 6:You will be directed to a third-party payment gateway page for the payment process. Select the payment type to proceed and key in the necessary details to make a payment and follow the instructions on the page. Do not close your browser during the payment process.
