Sarah Wang, Product Manager in PropertyGuru Group, mainly responsible for managing, launching, and optimizing platform products in PropertyGuru & iProperty to better serve real estate agents. Sarah believes in the value of platform products which can positively affect the user experience especially for both real estate agents and property seekers.

Before joining PropertyGuru Group, Sarah worked in an e-commerce platform where she engaged in platform operation and product management. She hopes that in the real estate industry, she can learn and grow together with everyone and at the same time constantly optimize the products of the platforms, to better serve everyone.

Datin Ismahana Musbah is the Chief Executive Officer of DASB Property Management Sdn Bhd and a registered Property Manager from The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in property management for various properties, especially in the Southern Region.

Datin Ismahana, who started her career in 1992 with Harta Consult Sdn Bhd, has the essential skills and capabilities to spearhead TMR Urusharta (M) Sdn Bhd, a facilities and project management company, at the Southern Region office and subsequently led the lifestyle mall, KOMTAR JBCC, as the General Manager.

Her solid experience, background, as well as extensive network, are an added advantage for her to develop and manage a scalable property management company to penetrate Malaysia’s properties market.

Shinee is an entrepreneur, a Certified Trainer & Business Coach with 10 years of corporate practical experience, 300+ training sessions and 10,000+ students. She won The 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneur in 2019.

With more than 14 years of team training and business management experience, she started off as the leader of an organization’s thousand-person marketing team. She then successfully developed a traditional enterprise into 4-chain stores in 2 years. She entered the education industry because she believed in influencing other’s lives and sharing her personal experiences with everyone, so that entrepreneurs would have the insight to make better choices in the entrepreneurial journeys.

She is experienced at building both corporate and personal strategic thinking. Through easy-to-understand teaching methods, she has successfully helped companies in creating and building big teams by improving team cohesion and achieving corporate goals!

With over 13 years of experience in telco and banking industry, Jun Jin is well-versed in driving development of product strategy and vision on new products from new digital venture and data analytics perspective.

Prior to joining PropertyGuru Group, Jun Jin pioneered and launched one of Malaysia’s top and first Islamic E-wallet, MAE in 2019. Jun Jin also has extensive experience in Digi-X and Digi Telecommunications where he has driven high impact digital products from the ground up, with strategic focus in Malaysia’s eco-system of digital users.

Edmund Chia, with having 5 years of experiences in the industry, serving good class property and expat’s property needs. He achieved The Roof Realty’s Most Influential Team Member in year 2019. Apart from that, he is also the Co-founder of The Pillars Group.

His passion is to develop people for betterment in their lives, workplace, society and business arena. He was an active social worker involved in the establishment of homes for underprivileged and abused children and orphans. When he is off from his speaking engagements, he does some acting roles in TV commercial, and movies.
